A wedding-day style is one of the most important hair appointments of your life. Our bridal service is built around clarity — you should know exactly what your hair will look like before the day arrives, and exactly how it will hold through every moment.
- 1Bridal Consultation & Trial — A full styling rehearsal, usually 4 to 8 weeks before the wedding, where we test the look on your hair so it’s locked in before the day. Feel free to bring your veil if you’d like to try it with the style.
- 2Day-Of Styling — On-time studio styling so you’re camera-ready for the day.
- 3On-Location Available — Studio styling is the default. On-location styling at Orlando-area hotels and venues is available by request.
Updos for Every Occasion
An updo is the centerpiece of any event look — sculpted, secure, and built to last from the first photo to the final dance. At The Crown Hair Studio, every updo is shaped to your hair type, your outfit, and the formality of your event, then locked in with long-wear techniques so it holds through embraces, dancing, and hours under venue lighting. Updos for special events and weddings start at $100.

Event Hair Pricing
Event styling is quoted at consultation. Pricing varies by service type, hair length and density, complexity of the style, party size, and whether on-location service is required.
A non-refundable booking deposit secures your event date. Bridal-day appointments are booked first-come, first-served — popular wedding weekends fill up months in advance. On-location styling carries an additional travel fee quoted at consultation.
Trial, Event Day & Updo Pricing
- ✦Bridal Consultation / Trial — from $100 — Paid upfront at the time of service. The session runs roughly an hour or more depending on how elaborate the style, testing the look on your hair so it’s locked in before your event.
- ✦Event Day — booked separately or as a bridal package — Reserved as its own appointment or as part of a bridal package. You secure your date with a deposit (or retainer), and the remaining balance is due right before or on the day of the event.
- ✦Special-Event & Wedding Updos — from $100 — Updos for special events and weddings start at an average of $100, adjusted for length, density, and style complexity at consultation.
Event Hair FAQ
How far in advance should I book my bridal styling?
For weddings, we recommend booking 6 to 9 months in advance to secure your date — especially for spring, fall, and holiday weekends. Trials are typically scheduled 4 to 8 weeks before the wedding. Prom, formal, and photoshoot styling can usually be booked 2 to 4 weeks ahead, though high-demand dates (prom season, holiday photo shoots) book earlier.
Do you offer on-location styling for weddings?
Studio styling is our default and what we recommend whenever possible — controlled lighting, full product access, and a professional setup. On-location styling at Orlando-area hotels and venues is available by request for an additional travel fee. We confirm logistics at consultation.
Can my bridal party come together?
Yes. We coordinate styling time blocks based on your timeline, party size, and the styles each person is getting. Most bridal parties are scheduled in a single morning session so everyone leaves the studio ready and photo-prepared. Group bookings are quoted at consultation.
Will my style hold through dancing and photos?
Every Event Hair finish is built for the wear it has to survive. We use long-hold styling products and pin techniques designed for movement, embraces, dancing, and hours under venue lighting. You’ll also leave with a small touch-up kit and clear instructions for any mid-event adjustments.
